Under the Hong Kong Minor Works Control System (MWCS Cap. 123N), Class I minor works require authorized person (AP) / registered structural engineer (RSE) supervision and formal BD submission. Class II and Class III minor works can be submitted by Registered Minor Works Contractors (RMWC) like LINKFUL CONTRACTING with simplified notice procedures.
All commercial fit-outs altering sprinkler heads, smoke detectors, or fire-rated partitions must submit FSD Form 501 / FSD Form 314. LINKFUL CONTRACTING oversees Class 2/3 Registered Fire Service Installation Contractors (FSI) to perform pressure testing, smoke sampling, and statutory certificate of compliance (FSD 251) sign-offs.
Our structural rehabilitation team uses non-destructive hammer testing and covermeter surveys to map spalling.
